Job 34
1 Elihud continue dey talk: una men wey wise, wey dey smart;
2 make una hear wetin I wan talk now.
3 Una know good food when una taste am, but una no know wise word when una hear them.
4 E dey our hand make we decide the case.
5 Job claim say him dey innocent, say God no wan give him justice.
6 He ask say, How I go take lie say I dey wrong? I don wound badly, but I no get sin.
7 Una don ever see anybody like this man Job? He no dey show God respect.
8 He like where evil people dey and him dey waka with sinners.
9 He talk say e no dey do anything good to dey follow wetin God want.
10 Hear me, una men wey understand! Almighty God go do wetin dey wrong?
11 He dey reward people for wetin dem do and treat them the way dem deserve.
12 Almighty God no dey do evil; he no dey unjust to anyone.
13 Shey God get him power from anybody else? Anybody dey wey put him in charge of the world?
14 If God take back breath of life,
15 then everybody wey dey alive go die and turn to dust again.
16 Now hear me, if you dey wise.
17 You dey condemn the righteous God? You think say him hate justice?
18 God dey punish kings and ruler when dem dey useless and wicked.
19 He no dey take side of ruler or favor the rich against poor, because na him create everyone.
20 Person fit die for night suddenly, God dey strike people down and dem dey perish; he dey kill the mighty without any stress.
21 He dey watch every step we dey take.
22 No darkness dey wey dark reach to hide sinner from God.
23 God no need to set time for us for him to judge us.
24 Him no need investigation to remove leader and change them with another.
25 Because him know wetin dem dey do, he dey overthrow them and destroy them for night.
26 He dey punish sinner for where everybody fit see am,
27 because dem stop to dey follow him and no obey all him command.
28 Dem force the poor to dey cry out to God, and him hear their call for help.
29 If God decide make he no do anything at all, nobody fit question him. If he hide him face, we go dey helpless.
30 Nothing dey wey the nation fit do to stop people wey dey godless to dey rule them.
31 Job, shey you don confess your sin give God and promise say you no go sin again?
32 You don ask God make he show you your fault, and you don gree say you go stop to dey do evil?
33 Since you dey go against wetin God dey do, you fit expect him make he do wetin you want? The decision na your own, no be my own; tell us wetin you think now.
34 Anybody wey get sense go gree; and the wise wey hear me go talk say
35 Job dey speak because he no get understanding and nothing wey him talk dey make sense.
36 Make una think about all the things wey Job talk; una go see say him dey talk like evil man.
37 He add strong-head join him sin; he dey mock God for front of us.
