Isaiah 34

¹ Make una come, people of al nation! Make una gather around and listen. Make the whole earth and everybody wey dey live inside am come and listen.

² God dey vex with all the nations and all their armies. He don condemn dem to destruction

³ Their corpse no go be buried, but go dey there dey rot and smell; and mountain go dey red with blood.

⁴ The sun, moon, and stars go break go dust. The sky go disappear like scroll wey dem roll up, and stars go fall like leaves wey dey drop from vine or fig tree.

⁵ God don prepare him sword for heaven, and now e go strike Edom, those nation wey he don condemn go destruction.

⁶ Na blood and fat go cover him sword, like blood and fat of lamb and goat that dem use do sacrifice. God go offer this sacrifice for the city of Bozrah; he go make this great slaughter for land of Edom.

⁷ The people go fall like wild oxen and young bull, and earth go dey red with blood and fat go cover am.

⁸ Na the time wey God go rescue Zion be this and he go talk revenge on her enemies.

⁹ Rivers of Edom go turn tar, and the soil go turn Sulphur. The whole country go burn like tar.

¹ E go burn day and night, and smoke go rise on top am for ever. The land go be waste age after age, and no one go travel through am again.

¹ Owls and raven go take over the land. God go make am barren waste again, as e dey before creation.

¹ King no go dey wey go rule the country, and all the leader for don go.

¹ Thorns and thistle go grow up for all the palace and town wall, and jackals and owls go dey live in them.

¹ Wild animal go dey move for there, and demons go call each other. Night monster go come there looking for place to rest.

¹ Owls go build their nest, lay egg, hatch their young, and care for them for there. Vulture go gather for there one after another.

¹ Make una search living book of God and make una read wetin e say. Not one of these creatures go miss, not one go dey without hin mate. God don command am make e be so; he himself go bring them together.

¹ Na God go divide the land among them and give each them make dem share. Dem go live in the land age after age, and e go belong to them forever.
