¹ God speak to me.

² He talk say, "Mortal man", speak against Jerusalem. Speak again the place where people dey worship. and warn land of Israel.

⁴ I go use my sword against anyone from south go north.

⁵ Everyone go know say I, God , don draw my sword and I no go put am away.

⁶ "Mortal man, cry like say your heart don break without hope. Cry in sorrow where everyone fit watch you.

⁷ when dem ask you why you dey cry, tell them say na because of the news wey dey come. When e come fear go full their heart, their hand go weak, their courage go fail, and their knees go shake. The time don come, e don dey here." The Almighty God don speak.

⁸ God tell me say,

⁹ "Mortal man, prophesy. Tell people wetin I, God, dey say: A sword, a sword dey polish and sharpened.
