Exodus 29

¹ Na wetin you go do to Aaron and him sons to dedicate them for my service be this. Take one young bull and two rams wey no get error.

² Use the best wheat flour wey no get yeast, and make some bread with olive oil, some without am, and some in form of biscuit wey get oil.

³ Put them for basket and offer them to me when you dey sacrifice the bull and rams.

⁴ Bring Aaron and him sons to entrance of Tabernacle, and tell them make dem take ritual bath.

⁵ Then wear priest garment for Aaron " the shirt, the robe wey go under ephod, the ephod, the breastpiece, and the belt.

⁶ Put turban on him and tie sacred pendant wey get "Dedicated to the LORD" to am.

⁷ Then take anointing oil, pour am on him head, and anoint him.

⁸ Bring him son and put shirt on them;

⁹ put sashes round their waist and tie cap for their head. Naso you go ordain Aaron and him sons. Dem and their descendant go dey serve me as priests for ever.

¹⁰ Bring the bull come front of the Tabernacle and tell Aaron and him sons make dem put their head on the bull head.

¹¹ Kill the bull there for my holy presence for entrance of Tabernacle.

¹² Put some of the blood for horn of the altar with your finger, and pour out the one wey remain for base of the altar.

¹³ Take the fat wey dey around the internal organs, the liver, and the two kidneys and the fat wey dey around them, and burn am for altar.

¹⁴ Make you take rest of the bull, including the skin, meat, and dung, and burn am outside the camp. Na the offering wey go take away sins of the priests.

¹⁵ Take one of the ram and tell Aaron and him son make dem use their head touch the ram head.

¹⁶ Kill am and splash the blood on four side of the altar.

¹⁷ Cut the ram to pieces, and wash the internal organs and legs. And put them on top the head and other pieces.

¹⁸ Burn the ram on altar as food offering. The odour of the offering dey please me.

¹⁹ Take the other ram wey you don use for dedication and tell Aaron and him sons make dem use their head touch the head of the ram.

²⁰ Kill am, take some of the blood and put am on right side ear of Aaron and him sons, on thumb of their right-hand and on big toe of the their right feet. Splash the blood wey remain on four sides of the the altar.

²¹ Take some of the blood wey dey on top altar and anointing oil, and sprinkle am on top Aaron and him clothes, and on him sons and their clothes.

²² Cut away the ram fats, tail, and the fats wey cover the internal organs, the part wey good pass for the liver, the two kidney and fat wey dey on them, and the right thigh.

²³ From the basket of bread wey dem don offer to me, take one loaf of each kind: one wey dem make with olive oil, one without am and biscuit.

²⁴ Put the food for hand of Aaron and him sons and tell dem make dem dedicate am to me as special gift.

²⁵ Then take am from them and burn am on top altar, on top the burnt offering, as food offering to me. The odour of the offering dey please me.

²⁶ Take the ram breast and dedicate am to me as special gift. Na una own the part of the animal go be.

²⁷ Anytime una ordain a priest, una go dedicate the breast and the thigh of the ram wey una use for ordination to me and give am to the priests.

²⁸ Na my unchanging decision say when una make fellowship offerings, na priests get the breast and thigh of animal. Na the gift of the people to me, the LORD.

²⁹ Make una hand over Aaron priest garment to him sons after him death, make dem dey wear am when una ordain them.

³⁰ Aaron son wey succeed him as priest and wey dey go inside Tabernacle go serve for Holy Place go wear the garment for seven days.

³¹ Take the meat of ram wey you use for ordination of Aaron and him sons and boil am for a holy place.

³² Make dem eat am with bread wey remain inside basket for entrance of Tabernacle.

³³ Dem go eat wetin dem use for ritual of forgiveness for their ordination. Only priests fit eat this food, because e dey sacred.

³⁴ If dem no eat the some of the meat by morning, make dem burn am; make dem no eat am, because e be sacred.

³⁵ Perform ordination rites for Aaron and him sons for seven days, as I don command you.

³⁶ For each day you go offer a bull as sacrifice as sin offering to purify them, make dem dey right with God. E go purify the altar. Then anoint am with olive oil to make holy.

³⁷ Do am everyday for seven days. Then the altar go completely dey holy, and anyone or anything wey touch am, power of holiness go harm am.

³⁸ For every day of all time to come, make una dey sacrifice two one-year old lamb.

³⁹ Sacrifice one lamb for morning and the other one for evening.

⁴⁰ Offer one kilogram of fine wheat flour wey dem don mix with one liter of pure olive oil. Pour out one liter of wine as offering.

⁴¹ Sacrifice the second lamb for evening, and offer same amount of flour, olive oil, and wine as una do for morning. Na food offering to me, the LORD, and the odor dey please me.

⁴² For all time to come, una go dey offer this burnt offering in my presence for entrance of the Tabernacle. Na there I go meet my people and follow you talk.

⁴³ For there I go meet people of Israel, and the glorious light of my presence go make the place holy.

⁴⁴ I go make the Tabernacle and the altar holy, and I go set Aaron and him sons apart to serve me as priests.

⁴⁵ I go live among people of Israel, and I go be their God.
