Zechariah 3 - Listen Online

¹ O sì fi Joṣua olori alufa hàn mi, o duro niwaju angeli Oluwa, Satani si duro lọwọ ọtun rẹ̀ lati kọju ijà si i.

¹ And he shewed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the LORD, and Satan standing at his right hand to resist him.

² Oluwa si wi fun Satani pe, Oluwa ba ọ wi, iwọ Satani; ani Oluwa ti o ti yàn Jerusalemu, o ba ọ wi: igi iná kọ eyi ti a mu kuro ninu iná?

² And the LORD said unto Satan, The LORD rebuke thee, O Satan; even the LORD that hath chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee: is not this a brand plucked out of the fire?

³ A si wọ̀ Joṣua li aṣọ ẽri, o si duro niwaju angeli na.

³ Now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments, and stood before the angel.

⁴ O si dahùn o wi fun awọn ti o duro niwaju rẹ̀ pe, Bọ aṣọ ẽri nì kuro li ara rẹ̀. O si wi fun u pe, Wò o, mo mu ki aiṣedẽde rẹ kuro lọdọ rẹ, emi o si wọ̀ ọ li aṣọ ẹyẹ.

⁴ And he answered and spake unto those that stood before him, saying, Take away the filthy garments from him. And unto him he said, Behold, I have caused thine iniquity to pass from thee, and I will clothe thee with change of raiment.

⁵ Mo si wipe, Jẹ ki wọn fi lawàni mimọ́ wé e li ori. Nwọn si fi lawàni mimọ́ wé e lori, nwọn si fi aṣọ wọ̀ ọ. Angeli Oluwa si duro tì i.

⁵ And I said, Let them set a fair mitre upon his head. So they set a fair mitre upon his head, and clothed him with garments. And the angel of the LORD stood by.

⁶ Angeli Oluwa si tẹnu mọ fun Joṣua pe,

⁶ And the angel of the LORD protested unto Joshua, saying,

⁷ Bayi ni Oluwa awọn ọmọ-ogun wi; bi iwọ o ba rìn li ọ̀na mi, bi iwọ o ba si pa aṣẹ mi mọ, iwọ o si ṣe idajọ ile mi pẹlu, iwọ o si pa ãfin mi mọ pẹlu, emi o si fun ọ li àye ati rìn lãrin awọn ti o duro yi.

⁷ Thus saith the LORD of hosts; If thou wilt walk in my ways, and if thou wilt keep my charge, then thou shalt also judge my house, and shalt also keep my courts, and I will give thee places to walk among these that stand by.

⁸ Gbọ́ na, iwọ Joṣua olori alufa, iwọ, ati awọn ẹgbẹ́ rẹ ti o joko niwaju rẹ: nitori ẹni iyanu ni nwọn: nitori kiyesi i, emi o mu iranṣẹ mi, ẸKA, wá.

⁸ Hear now, O Joshua the high priest, thou, and thy fellows that sit before thee: for they are men wondered at: for, behold, I will bring forth my servant the BRANCH.

⁹ Nitori kiyesi i, okuta ti mo ti gbe kalẹ niwaju Joṣua; lori okuta kan ni oju meje o wà: kiyesi i, emi o fin finfin rẹ̀, ni Oluwa awọn ọmọ-ogun wi, emi o si mu aiṣedẽde ilẹ na kuro ni ijọ kan.

⁹ For behold the stone that I have laid before Joshua; upon one stone shall be seven eyes: behold, I will engrave the graving thereof, saith the LORD of hosts, and I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day.

¹⁰ Oluwa awọn ọmọ-ogun wipe, ni ọjọ na ni olukuluku yio pe ẹnikeji rẹ̀ sabẹ igi àjara ati sabẹ igi ọpọ̀tọ.

¹⁰ In that day, saith the LORD of hosts, shall ye call every man his neighbour under the vine and under the fig tree.
