Read Jude 1
1 JUDA, iranṣẹ Jesu Kristi, ati arakunrin Jakọbu, si awọn ti a pè, olufẹ ninu Ọlọrun Baba, ti a si pamọ́ fun Jesu Kristi:
1 Jude, the servant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, to them that are sanctified by God the Father, and preserved in Jesus Christ, and called:
2 Ki ãnu, ati alafia, ati ifẹ ki o mã bi si i fun nyin.
2 Mercy unto you, and peace, and love, be multiplied.
3 Olufẹ, nigbati mo fi aisimi gbogbo kọwe si nyin niti igbala ti iṣe ti gbogbo enia, nko gbọdọ ṣaima kọwé si nyin, ki n si gbà nyin niyanju lati mã ja gidigidi fun igbagbọ́, ti a ti fi lé awọn enia mimọ́ lọwọ lẹ̃kanṣoṣo.
3 Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.
4 Nitori awọn enia kan mbẹ ti nwọn nyọ́ wọle, awọn ẹniti a ti yàn lati igbà atijọ si ẹbi yi, awọn alaiwa-bi-Ọlọrun, ti nyi ore-ọfẹ Ọlọrun wa pada si wọbia, ti nwọn si nsẹ́ Oluwa wa kanṣoṣo na, ani Jesu Kristi Oluwa.
4 For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.
5 Njẹ emi nfẹ lati rán nyin leti bi ẹnyin tilẹ ti mọ̀ gbogbo rẹ̀ lẹ̃kan ri, pe Oluwa, nigbati o ti gbà awọn enia kan là lati ilẹ Egipti wá, lẹhinna o run awọn ti kò gbagbọ́.
5 I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not.
6 Ati awọn angẹli ti kò tọju ipò ọla wọn ṣugbọn ti nwọn fi ipò wọn silẹ, awọn ni o pamọ́ ninu ẹ̀wọn ainipẹkun nisalẹ òkunkun de idajọ ọjọ nla nì.
6 And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.
7 Ani bi Sodomu ati Gomorra, ati awọn ilu agbegbe wọn, ti fi ara wọn fun àgbere iṣe bakanna, ti nwọn si ntẹle ara ajeji lẹhin, awọn li a fi lelẹ bi apẹrẹ, nwọn njìya iná ainipẹkun.
7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.
8 Bakanna ni awọn wọnyi pẹlu nsọ ara di ẽri ninu àlá wọn, nwọn si ngan ijoye, nwọn si nsọ̀rọ buburu si awọn ọlọlá.
8 Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities.
9 Ṣugbọn Mikaeli, olori awọn angẹli, nigbati o mba Èṣu jà, ti o nṣì jijakadi nitori okú Mose, kò si gbọdọ sọ ọ̀rọ-odi si i, ṣugbọn o wipe, Oluwa ni yio ba ọ wi.
9 Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.
10 Ṣugbọn awọn wọnyi nsọ̀rọ-òdi si ohun gbogbo ti nwọn kò mọ̀: ṣugbọn ohun gbogbo ti nwọn mọ̀ nipa ẹda, bi ẹranko tí kò ni iyè, ninu nkan wọnyi ni nwọn di ẹni iparun.
10 But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves.
11 Egbé ni fun wọn! nitoriti nwọn ti rìn li ọ̀na Kaini, nwọn si fi iwọra súré sinu ìṣina Balaamu nitori ère, nwọn si ṣegbé ninu iṣọtẹ̀ Kora.
11 Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core.
12 Awọn wọnyi li o jẹ abawọn ninu àse ifẹ nyin, nigbati nwọn mba nyin jẹ ase, awọn oluṣọ-agutan ti mbọ́ ara wọn laibẹru: ikũku laini omi, ti a nti ọwọ afẹfẹ gbá kiri: awọn igi alaileso li akoko eso, nwọn kú lẹ̃meji, a fà wọn tu ti gbongbo ti gbongbo;
12 These are spots in your feasts of charity, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear: clouds they are without water, carried about of winds; trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots;
13 Omi okun ti nrú, ti nhó ifõfó itiju ara wọn jade; alarinkiri irawọ, awọn ti a pa òkunkun biribiri mọ́ dè lailai.
13 Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever.
14 Awọn wọnyi pẹlu ni Enoku, ẹni keje lati ọdọ Adamu, sọtẹlẹ fun, wipe Kiyesi i, Oluwa mbọ̀ pẹlu ẹgbẹgbãrun awọn enia rẹ̀ mimọ́,
14 And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints,
15 Lati ṣe idajọ gbogbo enia, lati dá gbogbo awọn alaiwa-bi-Ọlorun lẹbi niti gbogbo iṣe aiwa-bi-Ọlorun wọn, ti nwọn ti fi aiwa-bi-Ọlorun ṣe, ati niti gbogbo ọ̀rọ lile ti awọn ẹlẹṣẹ aiwa-bi-Ọlọrun ti sọ si i.
15 To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.
16 Awọn wọnyi li awọn ti nkùn, awọn alaroye, ti nrìn nipa ifẹkufẹ ara wọn; ẹnu wọn a mã sọ ọ̀rọ ìhalẹ, nwọn a mã ṣojuṣãjú nitori ere.
16 These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men's persons in admiration because of advantage.
17 Ṣugbọn ẹnyin olufẹ, ẹ ranti awọn ọ̀rọ ti a ti sọ ṣaju lati ọwọ́ awọn Aposteli Oluwa wa Jesu Kristi;
17 But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;
18 Bi nwọn ti wi fun nyin pe, awọn ẹlẹgàn yio wà nigba ikẹhin, ti nwọn o mã rìn gẹgẹ bi ifẹkufẹ aiwa-bi-Ọlọrun ti ara wọn.
18 How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.
19 Awọn wọnyi ni awọn ẹniti nya ara wọn si ọtọ, awọn ẹni ti ara, ti nwọn kò ni Ẹmí.
19 These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.
20 Ṣugbọn ẹnyin, olufẹ, ti ẹ ngbe ara nyin ró lori ìgbagbọ́ nyin ti o mọ́ julọ, ti ẹ ngbadura ninu Ẹmí Mimọ́,
20 But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,
21 Ẹ mã pa ara nyin mọ́ ninu ifẹ Ọlọrun, ẹ mã reti ãnu Oluwa wa Jesu Kristi titi di iye ainipẹkun.
21 Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.
22 Ẹ mã ṣãnu awọn ẹlomiran, ẹ mã fi ìyatọ han:
22 And of some have compassion, making a difference:
23 Ẹ mã fi ẹ̀ru gba awọn ẹlomiran là, ẹ mã fà wọn yọ kuro ninu iná; ẹ tilẹ mã korira ẹ̀wu tí ara ti sọ di ẽri.
23 And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.
24 Njẹ ti ẹniti o le pa nyin mọ́ kuro ninu ikọsẹ, ti o si le mu nyin wá siwaju ogo rẹ̀ lailabuku pẹlu ayọ nla,
24 Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,
25 Ti Ọlọrun ọlọ́gbọn nikanṣoṣo, Olugbala wa, li ogo ati ọlá nla, ijọba ati agbara, nisisiyi ati titi lailai. Amin.
25 To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.
