1 ṢUGBỌN nisisiyi bayi ni Oluwa wi, ẹniti o dá ọ, Jakobu, ati ẹniti o mọ ọ, Israeli, Má bẹru: nitori mo ti rà ọ pada, mo ti pè ọ li orukọ rẹ, ti emi ni iwọ.

1 But now thus saith the LORD that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.

2 Nigbati iwọ ba nlà omi kọja, emi o pẹlu rẹ; ati lãrin odò, nwọn ki yio bò ọ mọlẹ: nigbati iwọ ba nrìn ninu iná, ki yio jo ọ, bẹ̃ni ọwọ́-iná ki yio ràn ọ.

2 When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

3 Nitori emi li Oluwa Ọlọrun rẹ, Ẹni-Mimọ Israeli, Olugbala rẹ: mo fi Egipti ṣe irapada rẹ, mo si fi Etiopia ati Seba fun ọ.

3 For I am the LORD thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour: I gave Egypt for thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for thee.

4 Niwọn bi iwọ ti ṣe iyebiye to loju mi, ti iwọ ṣe ọlọla, emi si ti fẹ ọ: nitorina emi o fi enia rọpò rẹ, ati enia dipo ẹmi rẹ.

4 Since thou wast precious in my sight, thou hast been honourable, and I have loved thee: therefore will I give men for thee, and people for thy life.

5 Má bẹ̀ru: nitori emi wà pẹlu rẹ; emi o mu iru-ọmọ rẹ lati ìla-õrun wá, emi o si ṣà ọ jọ lati ìwọ-õrun wá.

5 Fear not: for I am with thee: I will bring thy seed from the east, and gather thee from the west;

6 Emi o wi fun ariwa pe, Da silẹ; ati fun gusu pe, Máṣe da duro; mu awọn ọmọ mi ọkunrin lati okere wá, ati awọn ọmọ mi obinrin lati opin ilẹ wá.

6 I will say to the north, Give up; and to the south, Keep not back: bring my sons from far, and my daughters from the ends of the earth;

7 Olukuluku ẹniti a npè li orukọ mi: nitori mo ti dá a fun ogo mi, mo ti mọ ọ, ani, mo ti ṣe e pé.

7 Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him.

8 Mu awọn afọju enia ti o li oju jade wá, ati awọn aditi ti o li eti.

8 Bring forth the blind people that have eyes, and the deaf that have ears.

9 Jẹ ki gbogbo awọn orilẹ-ède ṣa ara wọn jọ pọ̀, ki awọn enia pejọ; tani ninu wọn ti o le sọ eyi, ti o si le fi ohun atijọ han ni? jẹ ki wọn mu awọn ẹlẹri wọn jade, ki a le dá wọn lare; nwọn o si gbọ́, nwọn o si wipe, Õtọ ni.

9 Let all the nations be gathered together, and let the people be assembled: who among them can declare this, and shew us former things? let them bring forth their witnesses, that they may be justified: or let them hear, and say, It is truth.

10 Ẹnyin li ẹlẹri mi, ni Oluwa wi, ati iranṣẹ mi ti mo ti yàn: ki ẹnyin ki o le mọ̀, ki ẹ si gbà mi gbọ́ ki o si ye nyin pe, Emi ni; a kò mọ̀ Ọlọrun kan ṣãju mi, bẹ̃ni ọkan kì yio si hù lẹhin mi.

10 Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.

11 Emi, ani emi ni Oluwa; ati lẹhin mi, kò si olugbala kan.

11 I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour.

12 Emi ti sọ, mo ti gbalà, mo si ti fi hàn, nigbati ko si ajeji ọlọrun kan lãrin nyin: ẹnyin ni iṣe ẹlẹri mi, li Oluwa wi, pe, Emi li Ọlọrun.

12 I have declared, and have saved, and I have shewed, when there was no strange god among you: therefore ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, that I am God.

13 Lõtọ, ki ọjọ ki o to wà, Emi na ni, ko si si ẹniti o le gbani kuro li ọwọ́ mi: emi o ṣiṣẹ, tani o le yi i pada?

13 Yea, before the day was I am he; and there is none that can deliver out of my hand: I will work, and who shall let it?

14 Bayi li Oluwa, olurapada nyin, Ẹni-Mimọ Israeli wi; Nitori nyin ni mo ṣe ranṣẹ si Babiloni, ti mo si jù gbogbo wọn bi isansa, ati awọn ara Kaldea, sisalẹ si awọn ọkọ̀ igbe-ayọ̀ wọn.

14 Thus saith the LORD, your redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; For your sake I have sent to Babylon, and have brought down all their nobles, and the Chaldeans, whose cry is in the ships.

15 Emi ni Oluwa, Ẹni-Mimọ́ nyin, ẹlẹda Israeli Ọba nyin.

15 I am the LORD, your Holy One, the creator of Israel, your King.

16 Bayi li Oluwa wi, ẹniti o la ọ̀na ninu okun, ati ipa-ọ̀na ninu alagbara omi;

16 Thus saith the LORD, which maketh a way in the sea, and a path in the mighty waters;

17 Ẹniti o mu kẹkẹ ati ẹṣin jade, ogun ati agbara; nwọn o jumọ dubulẹ, nwọn kì yio dide: nwọn run, a pa wọn bi owú fitila.

17 Which bringeth forth the chariot and horse, the army and the power; they shall lie down together, they shall not rise: they are extinct, they are quenched as tow.

18 Ẹ máṣe ranti nkan ti iṣaju mọ, ati nkan ti atijọ, ẹ máṣe rò wọn.

18 Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old.

19 Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.

20 Awọn ẹran igbẹ yio yìn mi logo, awọn dragoni ati awọn owiwi; nitori emi o funni li omi li aginjù, ati odo ni aṣalẹ̀, lati fi ohun mimu fun awọn enia mi, ayanfẹ mi;

20 The beast of the field shall honour me, the dragons and the owls: because I give waters in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert, to give drink to my people, my chosen.

21 Awọn enia yi ni mo ti mọ fun ara mi; nwọn o fi iyìn mi hàn.

21 This people have I formed for myself; they shall shew forth my praise.

22 Ṣugbọn iwọ kò ké pe mi, Jakobu; ṣugbọn ãrẹ̀ mu ọ nitori mi, iwọ Israeli.

22 But thou hast not called upon me, O Jacob; but thou hast been weary of me, O Israel.

23 Iwọ ko mu ọmọ-ẹran ẹbọ sisun rẹ fun mi wá; bẹ̃ni iwọ ko fi ẹbọ rẹ bu ọlá fun mi. Emi ko fi ọrẹ mu ọ sìn, emi ko si fi turari da ọ li agara.

23 Thou hast not brought me the small cattle of thy burnt offerings; neither hast thou honoured me with thy sacrifices. I have not caused thee to serve with an offering, nor wearied thee with incense.

24 Iwọ ko fi owo rà kalamu olõrun didun fun mi, bẹ̃ni iwọ ko fi ọra ẹbọ rẹ yó mi; ṣugbọn iwọ fi ẹ̀ṣẹ rẹ mu mi ṣe lãla, iwọ si fi aiṣedẽde rẹ da mi li agara.

24 Thou hast bought me no sweet cane with money, neither hast thou filled me with the fat of thy sacrifices: but thou hast made me to serve with thy sins, thou hast wearied me with thine iniquities.

25 Emi, ani emi li ẹniti o pa irekọja rẹ rẹ́ nitori ti emi tikalami, emi ki yio si ranti ẹ̀ṣẹ rẹ.

25 I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins.

26 Rán mi leti: ki a jumọ sọ ọ; iwọ rò, ki a le da ọ lare.

26 Put me in remembrance: let us plead together: declare thou, that thou mayest be justified.

27 Baba rẹ iṣãju ti ṣẹ̀, awọn olukọni rẹ ti yapa kuro lọdọ mi.

27 Thy first father hath sinned, and thy teachers have transgressed against me.

28 Nitorina mo ti sọ awọn olori ibi mimọ́ na di aimọ́, mo si ti fi Jakobu fun egún, ati Israeli fun ẹ̀gan.

28 Therefore I have profaned the princes of the sanctuary, and have given Jacob to the curse, and Israel to reproaches.
