In the remote village of Zam, generations of children have grown up without a classroom, not for lack of desire, but for lack of opportunity. No building. No teachers. No door to walk through. For these 350 children, education has simply never been within reach.
We believe every child is made with purpose and that purpose deserves a place to grow.
We Broke Ground.
On March 27th, 2026, we took the first step. Construction officially began on a six-building school campus that will serve the children of Zam for generations to come. Within weeks, one of those six buildings will have already reached the roofing stage. This is not a future dream; it is happening right now, brick by brick.
Where We Are.
- Ground broken: March 27th, 2026
- Buildings: 6 total planned
- Current progress: 1 building at roofing stage
- Completion target: November / December 2026
Why Your Gift Matters Right Now.
To complete all six buildings on schedule, funding must be secured by August 1st, 2026. Every dollar given today goes directly into the construction of the classrooms that 350 children are waiting to walk into.
This is faith in action. Not just in prayer, but in concrete and steel. In chalkboards and textbooks. In the face of a 4-year-old in Zam stepping into a classroom for the very first time.
The door is being built. Help us finish it.
Full Story
In a remote part of Northern Kaduna, Nigeria, there is a small community called Zam. Many of the children here had never held a pencil, written their names, or attended a classroom before this mission began.
Today, hope has started to rise.
Through the work of the DaBible Foundation mission team, over 150 children are already learning how to read, write, study the Bible, and dream again. By September, we expect more than 250 children from neighboring communities to join us as the rainy season ends and roads become accessible again.
But we urgently need your help.
The Reality on Ground
For many children in Zam:
- There is no proper school building
- Many families cannot afford uniforms or supplies
- Some children arrive at school hungry
- The current learning environment is temporary and overcrowded
- Access to clean water and educational resources is limited
Some communities are separated by rivers, making access difficult during the rainy season. Yet every day, children still walk long distances just to learn.
Despite these challenges, they come with joy, excitement, and hunger for education.
What God Has Already Started
Since June 2025:
- Over 250 children have already been enrolled
- Children who could not identify letters are now learning phonics, handwriting, and reading
- Daily Bible studies and discipleship classes are taking place
- Missionaries and volunteers are serving full-time in the community
- Exercise books, desks, whiteboards, and learning materials have been distributed
- Local communities are now actively supporting the mission
One of the most touching moments came when a 7-year-old girl was moved with compassion and sponsored shoes and socks for dozens of children after seeing photos of students without footwear.
This is more than a school project.
This is a transformation happening in real time.
The Vision: A Permanent School for Zam
We are now building a permanent school facility that will serve children across Zam and surrounding communities.
Phase 1 Construction Goal
We are raising funds for the structural phase of an 8-classroom community school.
Estimated Structural Budget
| ITEM | COST (USD) |
| Roofing | $5,366 |
| Block Work | $1,374 |
